Sauna Etiquette & Tips

• Tip
  Swimwear is optional but bring it for lake swimming. Separate sessions for men/women or swimwear required will be clearly indicated.

  Remember to hydrate! We provide water and traditional Finnish sauna drinks.

  The sauna is a quiet place of relaxation by tradition. Your guide will demonstrate proper löyly (steam) throwing techniques.

  We'll provide towels, but you may want to bring flip-flops and a small personal towel for additional comfort.
